The parade of the Republic in New Delhi is the highlight of the Republic Day of India.
There are two ways to get tickets for the parade. Senior passes are for people in Delhi are available if you know everything. Otherwise you need to buy your tickets.
Tickets for the Republic Day parade India are on sale from January 10 to January 25 of each year from the following retail outlets:
Parade Tickets Outlets Republic
- India Tourism Development Corporation (CSTC) Travel Counters at Ashok and Janpath Hotels. (Only working days).
- Delhi Tourism Development Corporation (DTDC) Counters at Coffee Home, Baba Singh Kharag Marg and Food and Craft Bazar, Dilli Haat, opposite INA Market and Shri Gandhi Ashram, Chandni Chowk. (Only working days).
- Departmental sale counters at North Block roundabout, South Block roundabout, Pragati Maidan (Gate No.. 1, Bhairon Road), Jantar Mantar (Main Gate), Shastri Bhawan (near Gate 1) India Gate (near Jamnagar House) , the Red Fort (near police picket). (10 clock to 17: 30 per day).
- Home Office Parliament. (11: 00-16: 00 clock Saturday / Sunday / holidays closed).
- Government of India Tourist Office, 88 Janpath. (Closed on Sundays).
Note: The ticket counter at Jantar Mantar, South Block roundabout, Shashtri Bhawan and India Gate will be open for two hours until 19.30 clock, from 23 January to 25 January 2014th
The parade of the Republic is of a beating retreat ceremony Clock January 29 of each year. Tickets are also available for this event in the previous points available.
2014 Ticket Prices
- Parade of the Republic - Rs 300 and Rs 150 for reserved seating. RS 50 and RS 10 for unreserved seats.
- Beating Retreat Ceremony (Full Dress Rehearsal) - 50 to 20 rupees rupees. All seats are unreserved.
